Police are investigating the death of a one month old baby Sunday morning.
Officer Katie Flood said the baby boy was put to sleep on a sectional couch Saturday night. Flood said the boy's grandmother slept on the other part of the sectional and when she woke up at 7:30 Sunday morning the baby had rolled into the crevice between the cushions and the back of the couch. Flood said the baby was not breathing and was pronounced dead at Bryan LGH West. An autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
Flood said the boy's parents were also in the home along with 10 other children who were there for a sleep-over party.
No citations have been issued.
