It's part of the American Heart Association's way to raise awareness and prevent heart disease.
90% of women have risk factors for developing heart disease.
This is the last week of the challenge, but wellness coach, Sharon Duffy, says it's not just a 12-week behavior change, it is a lifelong change.
"So if we say, oh yuck, I have to stay on this diet? It won't work. But if we think about it, we learn about it, we believe it. If we believe it. We act on it. So it all begins with what we think about," Sharon Duffy said.
