The lazy days of summer are ending and if you took a break from your gym routine, it's time to get back to work.

The start of the school year is typically when people seek a fresh start to tackle weight loss and fitness goals.

Those goals are best met with an ending date in mind says fitness instructor and owner of Good Life Fitness, Steve Auxier.

"Set a goal with an ending date in mind otherwise that goal is just a dream," said Auxier.
