Temperatures are warming up and the first day of spring is just about one weeks away.

We all know what comes next. The pools will open and you'll be reaching for the dreaded swimsuit.

No need to fear!

Heather Hall, Owner and Personal Trainer of Body Overhall has quick ways to battle the bulge using a stability ball.

Hall says stability balls are inexpensive and great to have around the home for quick workouts.

"They increase the stability in your body and make your muscles work a little harder and incorporate more of your body instead of just isolating and focusing on one area," said Hall.
