Steve Auxier holds world records in powerlifting. At his last competition, 3 years ago, he was attempting to lift 468 pounds. His squat failed and he fell to his knees.

He ruptured 7 tendons in his legs.

During his recovery, where he spent 5 months in a wheel chair and undergoing intense physical therapy, he had time to think about what really mattered to him.

Auxier founded his gym, Good Life Fitness and N10-Sive Boot Camp. Now he inspires others to get fit.
