New Measure: No Saggy Britches in Tennessee Schools

Pull up your pants! That's the message for students from Tennessee lawmakers. The state Senate has passed a dress code measure on a 29-to-nothing vote. The proposal would empower school districts to punish students who disrupt the learning environment with their sagging or skimpy clothes. The measure would ban students from exposing "underwear or body parts in an indecent manner."
