Nebraska State Patrol internet Crime Coordinator Sergeant Eric Jones says cyber bullying is appalling. He says there needs to be a specific statute addressing the issue but unfortunately, it doesn't exist.

Lincoln school administrators teach kids to think before they write and to ignore any disparaging remarks made about them on social media sites. Something that's easier said than done.
