LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- Two Nebraska high school seniors are among 11 players from seven states to sign letters of intent to play baseball for the Nebraska Cornhuskers beginning in 2011.

Pitcher Logan Ehlers of Nebraska City and outfielder Mike Pritchard of Omaha Creighton Prep are the two in-state recruits.

The left-handed Ehlers was the Louisville Slugger and Gatorade Player of the Year in Nebraska in 2009.

Of the 11 players signed by coach Mike Anderson, six are pitchers.
