Nebraska Democrats to Hold Costumed Party

It's a party for a party.

The Nebraska Democratic Party is hosting a Halloween party Friday night in Lincoln at The Sidetrack Bar. The cost to attend is $10 per person.

Participants are urged to wear a costume and enter the event's costume contest. Prizes include Nebraska football tickets.

The panel of judges includes Lincoln Mayor Chris Beutler, state Sen. Amanda McGill and Nebraska Young Democrats President Bri McLarty.

Organizers note that extra points will be awarded for politically-themed costumes.
