Former U.S. Sen. Chuck Hagel is scheduled to headline a luncheon to benefit servicemen and women, veterans and their families overwhelmed by the war experience.

The Jan. 25th luncheon at the Qwest Center in Omaha will benefit At Ease. The Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska program provides counseling services to those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder or other trauma.

The confidential services are available at the group's locations in Bellevue, Blair, Plattsmouth, Fremont, Papillion and in Omaha. Additionally, telehealth sessions are available to serve veterans and their loved ones living elsewhere in the state.

Tickets for the luncheon are available through Lutheran Family Services for $50 apiece.
