1 pound lean ground beef
l/3 cup onion
1 46 oz can tomato juice
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 10 oz can tomatoes with green chili peppers
1 can rinsed pinto beans
1 can rinsed black beans or 1.5 cups fzn corn
Chili Pepper, Pepper to preference
Brown ground beef, with onion.
RInse with hot water, to remove all fat, and dispose of liquid runoff.
Add all other ingredients, and bring to bubbling, simmer 30 minutes
l/10 of the recipe is 170 calories, 3 gms fat, 22 gms carbohydrate, and 15 grams of protein.
