2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
4 teaspoons canola oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, toss sweet potatoes in oil, salt and peppers/paprika. Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet coated in cooking spray.
2. Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and tender, turning once.
