Feta Bruschetta

Ingredients

• 1 loaf (1 lb.) French bread, cut into 36 slices
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 2 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese with Italian seasoning
• ½ cup finely chopped red onions
• 3 tsp. dried parsley
• 1 Tbsp. chopped black olives
• ¼ tsp. pepper
• Butter spray

Directions

• Heat broiler.
• Broil bread slices 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides. Lightly spray with butter spray.
• Combine tomatoes, oil, cheese, onions, parsley, olives and pepper.
• Spoon onto toast slices just before serving.
