Ingredients
· 2 packages (8 ounces) low-fat cream cheese, softened
· ½ cup sugar
· 1 tsp. vanilla
· 2 eggs
· 1 ready-made graham cracker crust
· 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
· Assorted fresh berries
Directions
· Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
· Pour into crust.
· Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool Refrigerate at least c hours before serving. Garnish with fresh berries.
