Fire & Ice Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients


· 3 cups chopped watermelon

· 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

· 2 Tbsp. lime juice

· 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

· 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions

· 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper

· 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

All You Do: In a bowl, combine ingredients; mix well and cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Serve with tortilla chips, cinnamon sugar pita chips or over chicken or fish.

Tip: If preparing ahead, combine all ingredients except watermelon; store watermelon in a separate container. About one hour before serving, drain any watermelon juice and mix with other ingredients.
