Watermelon & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
· 3 cups chopped watermelon (3/4-inch chunks)
· 1 cup chopped cucumbers (1/4-inch chunks)
· 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
· 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
· 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions
All You Do: In a bowl, combine ingredients. Serve immediately.
Tip: If preparing ahead, combine all ingredients except watermelon; store watermelon in a separate container. Just before serving, drain any watermelon juice and mix with other ingredients.
