Ingredients
- 16 oz. Elbow Macaroni, Cook 8 minutes, drain and set aside
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted, Heat in microwave for 4 minutes
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 2 small jars pimento
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Mix all together except for 1/3 of cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 15 to 20
