Ingredients
1 box sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix
2 cups skim milk
4 oz. or ½ small container of fat free Cool Whip, thawed in refrigerator
Directions
In medium sized bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk for two minutes by
hand, then let set for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in Cool Whip until mixture is
consistent in color. Rather refrigerate or serve immediately in ¼ cup
servings with fresh fruit and angel food cake as an excellent dipping
sauce. Enjoy!
