Tilapia with Lemon Butter Sauce
1 tbsp Grand Selections olive oil
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Hy-Vee flour
1 (4 oz) thawed Fish Market tilapia fillet
1 tsp Hy-Vee butter
2 tsp Hy-Vee lemon juice
1 tsp snipped fresh chives
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Lightly season tilapia with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Cook tilapia 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tilapia is light golden and flakes easily. Remove from pan.
Add butter and lemon juice to pan. Whisk until butter is melted. Pour over fish and sprinkle with herbs to serve.
