2 small organic bananas
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen organic strawberries
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1 (8 oz) container organic low-fat strawberry yogurt
Ice cubes, optional
Break bananas into chunks and place into blender. Add milk, strawberries and yogurt.
Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, add ice cubes for a frostier smoothie. Serve immediately.
