8 oz. sour cream
5 stripes of bacon, cooked, crumbled
3 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Pepper to taste
Roughly mash avocados, leaving a few chunks, stir in lemon juice. Combine all ingredients except pepper and stir carefully. Taste, add pepper and more hot sauce if desired. Serve with crackers or chips.
*Use low fat or fat free sour cream and turkey bacon, I guarantee no one will know the difference!
