Grilled Vegetable Packets
Everybody always thinks about grilling meats but what about veggies?
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon Hy-Vee butter
2 teaspoon Hy-Vee seasoning salt
0.50 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Place bell pepper, onion and mushrooms on a 24-by-12-inch piece of foil.
Dot butter over top of vegetables.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt and black pepper.
Bring opposite edges of foil together and seal tightly with a double fold.
Fold in remaining ends to enclose vegetables completely.
Grill the vegetable packet on a grill rack directly over medium-hot coals about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
