Ingredients
All You Need
· 3 cups chopped tomatoes
· ½ cup chopped green pepper
· 1 cup diced onion
· ¼ cup minced cilantro
· 2 Tbsp. lime juice
· 4 teaspoons chopped jalapeno (for a spicier salsa, include seeds)
· ½ tsp. cumin
· ½ tsp. salt
· ½ tsp. black pepper
Directions
1. Stir together ingredients. If possible, cover and refrigerate salsa for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
