Strawberry Margarita Squares
Makes 16 servings
Time: 15 minutes preparation plus freezing
Ingredients
· 1 ¼ cups crushed pretzels
· 3 Tbsp. canola oil
· 1 can (14 oz.) fat free sweetened condensed milk
· 1 cup pureed strawberries
· ½ cup lime juice
· 1 tub (8 oz.) light whipped topping, thawed
· 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Directions
· Mix pretzel crumbs and oil in 9x13 pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
· In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, pureed strawberries and lime juice. Gently stir in whipped topping; pour over crust.
· Freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve topped with sliced strawberries.
