Randy Bates has resigned as executive director of the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame Foundation.

Hall of Fame Board of Directors president Jack Guggenmos announced Bates’ resignation at the board of directors’ recent meeting in Omaha.
Guggenmos said a search for a new executive director is underway.
