Class B: Scottsbluff 61, Beatrice 60
Zach Clemens led Scottsbluff with 23 points in a 61-60 upset of Beatrice in the state semifinals, sending the Bearcats to the Class B state championship game. Eric Moreno added 12 points in the semifinal win. Scottsbluff hit six three point field goals in the game.

Trey Bardsley led Beatrice with 27 points and Blake Ruiz chipped in 10 points in the loss.

Scottsbluff meets South Sioux City for the Class B championship Saturday at 1 p.m.

Class C2: Lutheran High NE 58, North Platte SP 51
Mitchell Knobbe scored a team-high 15 points to lead Lutheran High Northeast past North Platte St. Pat’s 58-51, earning a spot in the Class C2 championship game on Saturday. Ross Freudenburg added 13 points in the win.

Andrew Vinton led North Platte St. Pat’s with 13 points in the loss.
