Class A: Omaha Central 56, Omaha Bryan 52
TreShawn Thurman led Omaha Central with 13 points leading the Eagles to the Class A semifinals. Akoy Agau had 12 points, Tra-Deon Hollins and Darian Barrientos-Jackson scored 10 points each. Omaha Central hit 5 three pointers in the game.
George Montalvo led Omaha Bryan with 15 points and Joe Imig added 14 points in the loss.
Class B: Beatrice 54, Lincoln Pius X 47
Trey Bardsley scored 30 points, including 6 three point field goals to lead Beatrice to a 54-47 quarterfinal win over Lincoln Pius X, advancing the Orangemen into the state semifinals on Friday. Blake Ruiz and Tandon Dorn scored 9 points each.
Erich Nickman led Lincoln Pius X with 13 points in the loss and Jared Kolbush added 11 points.
Class C2: Lutheran High NE 41, Twin River 40 (overtime)
Arrin Rathke led Lutheran High Northeast with 11 points in a 41-40 overtime win. Kyle Meyer added 10 points to move the Eagles into a Class C2 semifinal on Friday.
Zach Czapla scored a team-high 12 points in the loss. Bryant Kelly scored 11 points and Ben Cromwell added 10 points.
Class D2: Howells 60, Leyton 46
Howells used a balanced attack to defeat Leyton 60-46, advancing to Friday's state semifinals against Loomis. Leyton finishes the season at 17-7 while Howells record improves to 25-1.
