Callahan's base salary was $325,000 last year. His total compensation is more than 1.5 million dollars a year. Callahan's contract does not require annual increases in base pay. The athletic department's budget is an all-time high of 62.6 million dollars. Nine department administrators will earn more than $100,000 topped by Pederson's $363,825 .
