Police spokesman Carl Oestmann says Cotton was involved in an argument with a resident of Smith Hall about 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

An incident report indicates Cotton's blood-alcohol level was 0.085.

The 19-year-old was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol, disturbing the peace and trespassing.
