OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- Nebraska athletic director Tom Osborne says football coach Bo Pelini received two bonuses that weren't in his original contract.
Osborne says it was an oversight that the bonuses weren't included.
Pelini got $50,000 for tying Missouri for the Big 12 North title -- even though the Huskers did not play in the conference championship game.
Pelini also received $100,000 for taking the Huskers to the Gator Bowl. The original contract only promised a bowl bonus if the Huskers played in a Bowl Championship Series game.
Pelini last month signed a new five-year contract which gives him an annual base salary of $1.85 million.
