Concordia earns No. 1 seed in NAIA National Tournament, Bulldogs to face Sterling (Kan.) in opening round
Behind their 31-2 record, the Concordia Bulldogs women's basketball team heads into the NAIA National Championship Tournament as one of four No. 1 seeds. The Bulldogs will open the tournament against Sterling (Kan.) on Thursday, Mar. 7 at 3:30 p.m.
Sterling (18-12) comes into the tournament riding a three game winning streak to claim athe Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament's automatic berth. The Lady Warriors entered its conference tournament as the No. 4 seed after dropping the final three regualr season contests, including a 50-35 loss at Tabor College on Feb. 16.
Concordia is looking to extend its season-high 18-game winning streak.
