Cook Selected as NCAA Player of the Week

Nebraska volleyball senior Lauren Cook was honored by the NCAA this week as one of the nation's Players of the Week.

The Lincoln, Neb., native earned the award after averaging 11.6 assists and 2.3 digs per set in wins over No. 10 Minnesota (3-1) and Wisconsin (3-0) last weekend. She led the third-ranked Huskers to a .361 hitting percentage for the weekend, including a .396 clip against the Badgers, where she dished out 37 assists.
