Tugboat Gallery Proudly Presents "Strata" featuring Lana Miller and Maranda Allbritten opening First Friday March 1st from 7:00-10:00 with DJ Ol' Moanin' and running through March 30th.
"Strata" highlights mark making using relief woodcuts, ink and pencil.
Each thought, movement, and choice made is just one thin layer within each of our dense life systems. Our lives, as layers, are continually shifting: adding one mark to mask another, another word to redirect, a new shape to change stagnant space.
Tugboat Gallery is located at 116 N. 14th Street, Lincoln, NE - second story above Gomez Art supply. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 10-6, Saturday 12-5 and Sunday 2-5. Questions answered by Gomez Art Supply at 402-477-6200. Elevator entrance at 1410 'O' Street.
