The Lied Center for Performing Arts sees many stars take the stage each season. Recently, it saw two thousand fourth and fifth graders take their seats for a special show. The Lincoln Symphony Orchestra’s Annual Young People’s Concert is a free show for students to learn more about music. The Lincoln Community Playhouse hopes to treat Lincolnites like stars with the 5th Annual Wine and Food Experience. The event is sponsored by Russ’ Market. Previously, it has raised more than 130 thousand dollars to help make free student shows like the up-coming production of Pinkalicious possible. February is Fabulous Soup and Bread Month on Star City Buzz. Our first stop is Le Quartier Baking Company located at 6900 O Street in Lincoln. They sell over 15 types of bread, various baked goods, and have a lunch menu complete with soups and sandwiches.
