Sue Ramsett joined the 1011/NCN Team as News Director in May of 2011.

Sue Ramsett joined the 1011/NCN Team as News Director in May of 2011. She has been a member of the Gray Television family for the past 10 years. Before moving to Lincoln, she was the News Director and 5/6pm Anchor at WSAW-TV NewsChannel 7 in Wausau, Wisconsin.

A Wisconsin native, Sue secured her first newsroom job when she was still a student at UW-La Crosse. With the exception of a 2-year stretch as a fundraiser for a Medical Foundation, she has worked in the television industry ever since. Her recent professional honors include an Emmy nomination for Hard News Reporting and an Edward R Murrow award for Investigative Journalism. She is a proud graduate of the Walker Broadcast Management Institute which she says was an excellent opportunity for continued education at the University of Wisconsin, Madison - School of Business.

Sue is happily settled in the Lincoln Area with her husband Chris and their son Arthur.
