Since joining the sports team, Dave has covered some of Nebraska's biggest sports stories – the Huskers first season in the Big Ten, the firing of Doc Sadler, followed by the hiring Tim Miles.

Dave Polzin has been with the 10/11 sports team since 2011. Dave currently works as a Sports Video Journalist and as the Producer and lead Anchor for Prepzone Weekly. You can see him on every Thursday at 6:30p.m. on MyTV in the fall.

Dave joined the 10/11 team after spending a year in Milwaukee, WI as a reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Preps Plus (an Emmy award winning high school sports program).

Since joining the sports team, Dave has covered some of Nebraska's biggest sports stories – the Huskers first season in the Big Ten, the firing of Doc Sadler, followed by the hiring Tim Miles. He's had the pleasure of covering the College World Series, and all the NSAA Championships.

Dave graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2010 with a degree in Communication. He grew up in Delavan, WI following teams like the Green Bay Packers, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Marquette Golden Eagles, the Wisconsin Badgers, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Chicago Blackhawks, Newcastle United FC, and the US Men’s National Soccer Team.

Dave got engaged on vacation in June 2012, to his fiancée, Jill. The two have a young son Thomas who keeps their hands full.
