Michael Bennett is proud to be a member of the 10/11 sports team. He has covered everything in athletics from basketball to Nebraska football. Michael oversees a majority of content on the 10/11 sports page, plus 10/11's high school site, 1011prepzone.com. Michael moderates live online chats for the high school sports seasons and plays an integral role in 10/11's state basketball coverage each March.

Much of his job involves writing text stories, streaming video clips online and editing video for sportscasts. His favorite part is taking high school sports scores which gives him a unique perspective on passing along the scores to 10/11 viewers each night.

Michael graduated from Lincoln Southeast High School and resonates with the community of Lincoln and the state with the high passion for high school sports and Nebraska athletics.
