Tony is the newest addition to the 1011 Weather Team as the Weekend Meteorologist. Before he joined the Weather forecasters in October of 2011, he spent two and a half years predicting the weather in Northern Wisconsin for WJFW-TV.
Growing up in Milwaukee and living in Northern Wisconsin exposed Tony to almost every extreme of weather. Whether it was 30 below zero or 90 above, blizzard conditions or severe weather he has predicted it all. He is excited to experience his first severe weather season being closer to Tornado Alley.
Tony graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he received his degree in Atmospheric Science and a minor in Mathematics. He plans to further his education next summer. Tony will take graduate level classes at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to attain his Masters degree.
When Tony is not forecasting the weather, he enjoys being outside in it. Activities that you might find him doing include road and mountain biking, running, swimming, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding.
If Tony is not at work or working out, he is busy planning his future wedding with his fiancé, Weekend Anchor/Reporter Bridget Fargen. They will be getting married next year in their home state of Wisconsin. He proposed at their favorite Major League Baseball venue, Miller Park. They are as devoted to each other as they are to the Brewers!
