Team of the Week 2011

How Winners are Selected: Beginning Sept. 1st and continuing through Dec. 1st, Anderson Auto Group and KOLN/KGIN Television will recognize an outstanding football team each week. Winners will be selected from the Nebraska high schools in the 10/11 viewing area. The KOLN/KGIN Sports Department will select each week's winning team. We will recognize the team in the 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. sportscast every Thursday night and right here on this page! Grand Prize: KOLN/KGIN television will then choose an overall 2011 Football Team of the Year. Winners from week's prior will all be candidates and competing for the grand prize. The Grand Prize team will then be presented with a $3,000 scholarship from Mike Anderson of Anderson Auto Group. |
