Hawaii is a beautiful place to visit, but there's no place like home! Our Holiday Tour and Travel Group of 45 has returned to Nebraska after a beautiful nine-day trip to the Hawaiian Islands.
Deb, Parker and I had a wonderful time with a wonderful group of Nebraskans, Iowans and Californians. The sights were amazing, the weather was warm, although a bit wet, the people were friendly and the prices were HIGH-waiian!
From Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial, to the spectacular beaches of Maui, a great time was had by all.
Please enjoy some of the beautiful photos taken by our tour group, and imagine yourself in a tropical paradise, thousands of miles from home. Even with all the sights and sounds of these lovely Pacific locales, the highlight of the trip was meeting and getting to know so many new friends from across the state.
From Ainsworth to Farnam and Schuyler to Nebraska City, and all points in-between, our group was a wonderful mix of young and not-so-young (15 years old to 88 years old), farmer and businessman, adventurer and first-time traveler.
We enjoyed getting to know each and every one and hope that our paths will cross again someday. To all our Holiday Tour and Travel friends, the Siemeks say...
Mahalo Nui Loa! (Thank You Very Much)
