LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The Nebraska men’s basketball game against Purdue scheduled for Tuesday night has been postponed due to “health and safety concerns.”

According to a tweet by the Purdue Men’s Basketball team, the postponement was mutually agreed upon by both schools.

“The two schools will work with the Big Ten Conference to reschedule the game at a later date.”

The game was scheduled for 6 p.m. at Purdue.

“Tuesday’s game against Purdue has been postponed out of an abundance of caution surrounding the health and safety of the student-athletes, coaches and staff,” a tweet by the Nebraksa Basketball account said.

So far this season, the Huskers are 4-7 and 0-4 in Big Ten Conference play.
