LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Investigators are asking for the community’s help after $3,000 in cigarettes were stolen from a Lincoln gas station.

Just after midnight on Monday, officers with the Lincoln Police Department were dispatched to Casey’s on 13th and E Streets because of an alarm.

Investigators processed the scene for evidence, canvassed the area and will continue analyzing video evidence.

LPD said burglary caused $300 in damages.
