LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police found meth, cash, and a handgun and a suspect who was taken to jail on drug charges after a traffic stop Wednesday night.

LPD around 10 p.m., they observed a 2012 Nissan Moreno driven by Jerry Williams, who is known to have a suspended license.

Officers contacted Williams at the Casey’s on 13th Street, and a pat down search found 22.3 grams of meth, $900 cash, and a pipe. A handgun was also found inside the vehicle.

Williams was taken into custody for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, driving during suspension, possession of meth with intent to deliver, and resisting arrest.
