Lincoln Police find missing 13-year-old girl

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police found a missing 13-year-old girl on Tuesday.
Police said on Twitter that 13-year-old Shaye Ruel had been safely located.
LPD thanked the community for their assistance.
