Bayley Bischof is a reporter on the 10/11 NOW news team and loves meetings Nebraskans and sharing their stories.
Bayley was born and raised in Waverly, Nebraska where she developed a love of the small town and the people in it.
Bayley knew she wanted to tell stories from a young age - she was constantly writing short stories; English class was always her favorite subject. When she joined the school newspaper at Waverly High, her fate was sealed.
She graduated from Doane University with a degree in Journalism and a minor in sociology in 2017. At Doane she was editor-in-chief of the school’s newspaper and feature magazine.
Since graduation, Bayley’s been doing what she loves most - meeting Nebraskans and sharing their stories. She strongly believes each person has a story to tell, and strives to find the “human” in every story she writes.
In her free time, Bayley spends time with her family and her 17-year-old cat Ruby. She loves to experiment in the kitchen, if she had a second career, it’d definitely be as a pastry chef.
Bayley would love to tell your story! Feel free to reach out to her on social media and at firstname.lastname@example.org.
