3 arrested after investigators find pot for sale on social media

LINCOLN, Neb. – Lincoln Police arrested three people after investigators learned the sale of marijuana was being advertised on social media.

LPD said on January 10, around 9 p.m., investigators went to the apartment of Cardarfie Miles, 18, and could smell burnt marijuana coming from inside.

Miles had a warrant for his arrest, and surrendered to officers quickly after their arrival, police said.

Investigators served a search warrant at the apartment and found a handgun with an extended magazine, 35 individually packed bags of marijuana, and a scale.

Miles was also arrested for possession with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm.

In addition, Jacorius Brunt, 20, and Zyshonne Burnett, 20, were arrested for possession with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm
