$600 worth of cigarettes stolen from Lincoln gas station

Lincoln Police are searching for suspects after $600 worth of cigarettes were stolen from a gas station on Wednesday morning.

LPD said on Oct. 16, shortly before 4 a.m., officers responded to Parkway Phillips 66 near 48th and Normal Blvd. on a burglary alarm.

Responding officers observed the backdoor had been pried open, and packs of cigarettes were scattered were on the floor.

The owner reported to police $600 worth of cigarettes was missing from the inventory.

There was also $50 in damage to the door.
