Police release surveillance photos of jewelry store robber

Authorities have released photos of surveillance video capturing a burglary took place on 53rd and O streets just before 3:30 a.m on Monday.

Police arrived on the scene to Michael Tish Jewelers, finding a smashed window on the east side of the shop.

Authorities have yet to determine the amount of jewelry taken from the store.They are waiting for the owner’s inventory to determine a monetary amount.

In addition to the missing jewelry, four or five glass cases were demolished in the theft.

Anyone with information, or that recognizes the suspect, is asked to call authorities immediately.
