The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lancaster County now sits at 394, according to City of Lincoln health officials.
According to officials, of the 394 cases in Lincoln, 123 (31 percent) are connected to the Smithfield plant in Crete. Of these cases, 71 cases are employees, 35 are family members or close contacts, and 17 cases are still under investigation.
Statewide, there are 5,949 cases in Nebraska.
Hall County has the most confirmed cases with 1,281.
