Driver with .27 BAC cited after rolling SUV, running away

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) -- Lincoln Police said a driver was cited for aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident after a rollover crash Tuesday night.

According to police, the driver hit a parked car and flipped his SUV at 25th and T Streets around 11:15 PM.

Police said the driver climbed out of the back window of the SUV and ran away.

The driver was found just blocks away from the crash with injuries consistent with the crash.

Police said the driver, identified as Jorge Ramos, had a BAC of .27. Cans of Modelo beer were also found at the scene.
